Edward Kelley
I live, work, and play in the Portland metropolitan area, and have been doing so my whole life. Being raised in a place as diverse as Oregon has helped to stimulate a great sense of community, as well as a deep respect for nature.
I am a System Administrator at the MacPac - an Apple Specialist in N.E. Portland. My technical certifications include: Apple Desktop and Portable Technician, Help Desk Specialist (is it plugged in?), Technical Coordinator, and System Administrator (Xsan 1.1 Administration, Directory Services Integration and Administration).
I graduated from Alpha High School in Gresham, OR. I have an Associate of Science degree from Mount Hood Community College, and am currently attending Portland State University with a major in computer science. I hope to become even more proficient at programming. I currently utilize the C, C++, and Objective-C programming languages. Playing the trumpet is one of my many other talents. Pool is a hobby I partake in as much as possible. I love good beer, camping (even in the rain), my family, and girlfriend Shavaun (not necessarily in that order).
I am influenced by many aspects of computing, and have divulged myself in the environments of several operating systems. These include (but are not limited to): Windows, Macintosh, UNIX(es), Linux, and my favorite: Mac OS X.
